I met Denise in 2010 from as a referral from a friend to help me with my dog (If you need help with your dog Denise is the “Go To”!) A few years later Denise came in with the goal of getting stronger. Before she came to TFW Keene, she was already pretty strong and continues to improve! Denise is always a blast to be around in the dojo!

Have a purpose for each workout that moves you toward your goals. At Granite State Kettlebells, we’re trying to make sure everyone loses fat, gets stronger/builds lean muscle, and feels good. This is why our workouts have either a strength development or conditioning development purpose, after all you can’t ride 2 horses with one butt. When you focus on one goal at a time in a workout you will get more out of that workout.
